Community Manager

We are looking for a Community Manager to oversee and grow our online community. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building growing strategies, fostering engagement, moderating discussions, and creating a welcoming space for our members.

• Manage and grow our community, ensuring an engaging and positive environment.- Moderate discussions, enforce community guidelines, and foster meaningful interactions.
• Create and curate content to keep members engaged and informed.- Develop and implement strategies to increase community participation and retention.
• Analyze community insights and engagement metrics to optimize growth strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing and support teams to enhance user experience.
• Address community inquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on community management best practices and industry trends.

• 2+ years of experience in community management or a related role.- Proficient in English, both writting and verbally.
• Experience managing online communities on Facebook, Mighty Network, Skool (or similar platforms).
• Strong communication, moderation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Creativity in fostering engagement and keeping discussions lively.
• Knowledge of Amazon and digital marketing is a plus.
