Position Overview:

We are seeking a qualified Amazon Technical Specialist to join our team in managing Amazon accounts and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Resolve support cases for flat files and brand registry
• Ensure proper use of flat file templates
• Manage brand registry accounts and ensure compliance
• Train team on best practices
• Integrate brand registry and flat files into business strategy

Qualifications:

• At least two years of experience as an Amazon Technical Specialist
• Excellent communication with good Knowledge of Amazon policies as well as Seller Central
• Proficient in using project management tools like Asana, Clickup, etc. with Experience in Flat Files' work, Amazon Support Cases, Brand Registry
